Neo-Traditional Masterclass ("NTM," "we," "us," or "our") operates neotradmasterclass.com and related course, email, and community experiences. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to onlinetattooedu@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Information you provide. This may include your name, email address, Instagram or other social handle, artist status, messages, support requests, affiliate-application details, course and community information, and anything you choose to submit for critique.
Purchase and account information. Kajabi and the payment provider shown at checkout process course purchases, gift purchases, account access, and related transaction information. We may receive order, product, status, and contact details, but we do not receive or store your complete payment-card number on this website.
Critique material. A paid-student submission may include tattoo images or video, artwork, captions, a name or handle, client or photographer permissions, publication preferences, and a resulting recorded critique.
Information collected automatically. When you use the site, we and our providers may receive your IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, link clicks, video interactions, timestamps, and analytics or advertising identifiers.
How we use information
- Provide the free prerecorded critique series, course, community, support, gifts, and requested communications.
- Process purchases, maintain accounts, and administer student or affiliate relationships.
- Evaluate and produce paid-student critiques according to the student's submission choices.
- Measure site performance, understand traffic and checkout activity, prevent abuse, and improve our offerings.
- Send educational material and disclosed Masterclass invitations; you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect users, NTM, and our providers.
Providers and embedded services
We use service providers to operate the site and course experience. They process information under their own terms and privacy notices where applicable.
- Netlify hosts the public site and processes the contact and affiliate forms.
- Kajabi provides the free-series form, email delivery, checkout, course, account, and community services.
- Google Analytics helps measure visits and site activity.
- Pinterest receives tag events used to understand visits and campaign performance.
- YouTube and Vimeo provide embedded video players and may collect viewing and device information.
- Google Fonts supplies site typography and may receive technical request information.
When you follow a link to Kajabi, a payment provider, YouTube, Vimeo, Pinterest, Instagram, or another third party, that service's privacy notice governs its own collection and use.
Cookies, tags, and local storage
The site and embedded services may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. Our site also uses short-lived browser session storage to remember whether the opening animation has played and to prevent duplicate critique-unlock measurement. Browser settings can block or delete many of these technologies, although doing so may affect site or embedded-video functionality.
We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on the law where you live, use of analytics or advertising tags may be treated as sharing or targeted advertising. You may contact us to exercise an applicable opt-out right.
Critique privacy and publication choices
Selected paying-customer submissions may be used on NTM or Gian-controlled websites, emails, course or community spaces, and organic social media unless the customer selects "Keep this critique private" in the separate Kajabi community submission form. The form must require acknowledgment of that publication default. Paid advertising always requires a separate affirmative opt-in.
If you select "Keep this critique private," authorized NTM personnel may still access the material as needed to evaluate, produce, and privately deliver the critique, but we will not post the submitted media or resulting critique publicly or on social media. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to the providers described above, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, and a successor in a merger, sale, or reorganization. We may also disclose critique material according to the publication choice made in the paid-student submission form. We do not authorize public critique use outside those choices.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, honor publication preferences, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and why it was collected. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about disclosures, or to object to certain processing. Send requests to onlinetattooedu@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when legally permitted or required.
Children and international processing
The site and critique-submission program are not directed to children under 13. Paid critique submitters must be adults where they live or participate with verified parent or guardian authorization. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.
