Educational purpose
NTM content reflects artistic opinions and educational experience. It is not medical, legal, licensing, health, or safety advice and does not replace professional judgment, supervised training, client consent, sanitation procedures, licensing requirements, or applicable law.
You remain responsible for how you apply any information, the services you provide, the clients you accept, and compliance with professional standards where you work.
Free critique series
The free signup unlocks a five-part prerecorded educational series featuring selected student work. It is not an application for a personal critique, and registration does not create a promise that Gian or NTM will review or respond to your work.
By registering, you request delivery of the series by email. The series includes Neo-Traditional Masterclass invitations. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email.
Purchases and course access
Course and gift transactions are completed through Kajabi and the payment provider displayed at checkout. Prices, included access, payment schedules, refund terms, and other purchase-specific conditions shown at checkout are incorporated into these terms. If purchase-specific terms conflict with this page, the terms presented for that purchase control.
You may not share login credentials, resell access, copy the course library, or make course material available to people who have not purchased authorized access. We may suspend access for fraud, chargebacks, abusive conduct, security threats, or material violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.
Paid-student critique submissions
Only active paying customers may submit work through the separate Kajabi community process for possible personal critique. Submission does not guarantee selection, a response, filming, timing, or publication, and NTM has no obligation to publish or distribute any submission or recorded critique.
Any submitted material, recording, privacy choice, or public/social use is governed by the Critique Terms. Paid advertising requires a separate affirmative opt-in.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site design, course lessons, videos, writing, branding, graphics, and original NTM materials are owned by or licensed to NTM and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the material for your own education. It does not transfer ownership or grant commercial reproduction rights.
You retain ownership of original material you submit, subject to the limited permissions you grant to process a request and, for critique submissions, the choices and license in the Critique Terms.
No promised result
Examples, critiques, testimonials, and demonstrations illustrate educational concepts; they do not guarantee artistic improvement, healed results, audience growth, income, clients, certification, licensing, or any other outcome. Results depend on experience, practice, professional judgment, materials, skin, aftercare, and many factors outside NTM's control.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site or community, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or redistribute protected material, submit content you do not have permission to use, impersonate another person, harass others, or use NTM services for unlawful activity.
Third-party services
The site links to or embeds services such as Kajabi, Netlify, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, and payment providers. NTM does not control those services. Their availability, content, data practices, and terms are their responsibility.
Availability and liability
Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We may update, pause, replace, or discontinue site or course features, while honoring nonwaivable consumer rights and any purchase-specific commitments. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTM is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of educational material or third-party services. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
